Hi, this is a good topic, Have any of you worked with Foreign Nationals buying Vacation Rental Properties in the US?

How long do i have to live there before i could rent out both suites. i have read the mortgage agreement and doesn't mention anything regarding this topic.

While I do my research I want to learn how others have raised money, how people structure these deals, and even how to properly present the opportunity to potential investors.Are there any good books on the topic?

@Ross Hewitt I don't have experience in leasing medical offices but would love to know about this topic and see how this plays out.
