NY is still great but landlords need to:- proceed with caution- read Brandon Turner's books - implement strict requirements and systems for tenant screening and property management

I have read the BRRR book by David Greene and follow the forums, and listen to the podcasts.

If you are quoted something else from a lender presenting it as a "DSCR" loan, you should tread carefully, as something fishy is likely going on
