The idea is to avoid RE customizations or interacting with separate web applications like most CRM systems today.

We keep records of all customer interactions (phone calls, emails, etc.)

It’s unfortunate that it left a mark, but if it wasn’t due to negligence or extraordinary behavior, it’s not damage, it’s wear and tear.Sure, maybe deduct a bit to spot patch, but refinish the entire floor?
