Good morning Account Closed, the city of Grand Rapids has monitors for the short term rental sites (airbnb, vrbo, etc) and will catch it pretty quick, It might be a better idea to check out the surrounding communities as they are a little more forgiving yet still close enough to be an Uber ride to downtown.

I read that landlord from hell article this morning and it really scared me. 

My last deal, I was looking at the property within an hour of calling my agent and we sent over an offer that night at 10PM, which was accepted by 7AM the next morning.

Our family lived in the UK for 16 years, and I have a soft spot in my heart for England.

They extended their stay another night, which was fine, but I just asked that they put my uniform in the garage so that I could grab it Monday morning and change/shower at work.
