The thing that should be mentioned is that by reading from a number of sources and attending a number of different meetings you learn there are differences of opinion about a number of things.I would recommend Frank and Dave's bootcamp, and their publications strongly, but, and this is a big but, I only agree with some of what they advocate.

I have family members that im employing (currently as independent contractors, they will be paying self employment taxes themselves at tax filing) and wanted to create a management company to  write off emplyer's portion of self employment taxes as a business expense; and with the hopes to do the same when i have to pay myself self employment and/or purchasing health insurance.

Their information is not always accurate, and I don't believe they scrub phone numbers that are on the Do Not Call Registry (although their information is public) so do your due diligence!
