What are the considerations and methods for taking a list of probate filings and cross-matching it with property records to produce a list of probate cases that show the person passing owned real estate?  

I'm flying a considerable distance this weekend to tour some multifamily properties.

I'm a newbie to multi-tenant (I have a couple single family) and want to use data to find awesome opportunities.I'd like to know what data you think should be on this map and what other macro-considerations there are.The map is using Zillow data.

If you have rooms that are unoccupied at various times you have the ability to turn down heat in those while keeping other areas at normal levels.One consideration is also how the baseboards are being controlled.

We live in NY and real estate is considerably expensive overall.   

Would it be possible to decrease the height and still maintain the number of units by constructing two, two-story buildings?

@Sam LeonThere has been recent height modernization projects to collect higher quality more accurate elevation data for the entire US and the world for that matter.

Also, make sure you take in consideration all the expenses a building has besides mortgage, insurance and property taxes.

i am sure i didn't ask something i should have but i don't know what i don't know so any other considerations you think i should know about is appreciated.
