With all the wholesalers out there and now the No money down trained up by guru buyers its very reasonable to ask for POF that is real.  

Hello,I am working on getting started with wholesaling and do not mind working with another serious wholesaler of interest.I connected with an agent on Biggerpockets who claimed to be investor-friendly and knew the wholesale strategies but I think I scared them away when I requested a written agreement to get started.I do not understand why people in the wholesale industry like to talk about working together instead of working with a written agreement. 

The wholesale deals listed on his site are on the MLS some have been auctioned and in no way are they wholesale deals. 

Investment Info:Single-family residence wholesale investment.

At the time, and still similar now, I do not have a consistent flow of off market deals that are not from daisy chain wholesalers.

I understand TF is a bizz unto itself and with states like SC coming down on assignments etc its only going to be more in demand from the wholesaler community trying to do their deals..
