Sure, you can work craigslist, but learning how to do direct mail, door knocking, and SEO, if you have a website, are key, simple and cost money and time. 

If PPC is complicated and better left to someone who understands it, SEO is far more complicated and nuanced.

(then 300 next week and so on..)I have finished my Landing page & thank you confirmation to create website presence, and am going to pay someone to optimize my SEO and am hoping that will get me to the top of a google search.

I'm a wholesaler and exclusively get my leads via targeted online ads and SEO work, i'm on retainer by a couple agents to provide all the leads in their area i can't wholesale, not sure why more wholesalers/agents don't have that type of business relationship.
