I often make the mistake of thinking the grass looks greener on the other side of the fence when going through the forums.

You can also find many examples in the forums of people experiencing poor valuations due to lack of comps.

Luka, its hard on a 2-dimensional forum to get the full tone, but I think most if not all of the posters on here root for each other no matter what advice is followed.

I really think that should be allowed in a forum such as this, where we are all trying to grow professionally and connect with each other.If there is some way to connect with others that I do not know about, someone please let me know.
