Numbers work well for building a duplex on a site within 10 minute walk of a medical/dental school and 5 minute walk to two other private colleges.

These cannot be elective procedures such as plastic surgery, but can be things like smoking cessations programs, dental work, laser eye surgery, braces for children, etc.6.  

I have found published papers for her and her husband on dental implants etc. 

Now the tenants as individuals are clean and keep their individual units neat and presentable, but when it comes to common area hygiene and order they can be petty.  

And I can't see them looking good in a rental.My other concern is hygiene.  

Also, there are also a lot of young Doctors ( read medical/dental residents) who often move out of state  just for the duration of their residency.
