A wise investor will not try to get rich quick with shortcuts.

. 👍  get rich slowly.

Its so much more than buying any home; have home depot labors fix it; rent to section 8 and collect check to become rich.  

I know people that worked great high paying jobs for 40 years and retired not that rich with a pension.

Lot’s of folks (mostly rich) are making real money from Uncle Sam, gettin that government paper!

I would not lead with the multi-billionaire thing because that shows you are looking to have lambos and planes and most investors will not think you are willing to do the work when you say that at 17.Do you love real estate or do you want to be rich? 

Ideal spend is $400-$650k.Is Southern California just a death trap for ROI and people get rich here with appreciation only?
