Every major trader out there knows we are in a bubble but there is no protection for individuals dumping money into their retirement accounts to buy mutual funds.

This is the first time however I will be sitting out of this market and will pass on deals I think are solid for at least the next few months.The fact that gives me the most pause to think I am wrong-Currency traders are betting Central Banks will have negative interest rates in 18 months or so. 

This is a staple of good traders/ brokers.

How can I approach this- I got some real headaches during his tenancy and would like to be the eventual buyer of the note rather than a note trader.

I am a first time home buyer and not familiar at all with the loan process.I, like many others became a speculator and trader in this crazy environment.

You could still ask for bank account info, even if it is in Japanese, employee ID, passport info, visa info, information about where they live in Japan, pay stub, etc, you might also google their name and company info and see what comes up.   

As an experienced owner of a real estate brokerage, a property management company, flipper, investment property owner and active stock trader, these are some of my thoughts:You don't need 20% down to purchase a home.

If they're coming in the house in mass quantities, they're probably not ACTUALLY ladybugs, but rather Japanese Ladybeetles. related, but the Japanese Ladybeetles do bite, are a bit bigger, tend to come inside in the winter and occur in massive hordes. https://www.abchomeandcommerci...dealing with them is a bit different.But to your larger point...yeah. if you live on a lake there just ARE bugs. it's part of the 'charm'. 

I have some cute Trader Joe's cards and I could certainly just write from the heart, but I didn't know if there are any points I should include or avoid with my first contact?
