I would caution a residential landlord to be very careful about allowing the installation of a grow where it could suddenly be precluded by local ordinance.

Got a few bids from contractors to do everything from foundation work, new roof, central AC install, wall tear down to open up the kitchen, and new drywall throughout the house.  

Jason, I doubt there is anything unique about Atlanta notes, I believe GA does have some restrictions as to installment transactions, L/Os, seems someone mentioned that about GA.Might get with J.

Almost all tile insurance Co will not provide title insurance on these properties atleast for the first few year from what I researched due to the redemption period.

If you dont want them after the lease is over, have the company remove them then install the new uber efficient panels
