I don't know what the BP books mean by "passive", but I suspect they are classifying different investment options relative to your level of interaction required.  

Well said @Sarah Hood - the jocular interactions work fine for some of the men but it’s less comfortable sounding when there are female guests.

Now I will be able to interact more in the forums while I'm on the go.

I see so many wholesalers on the site with no profile pic and very little interaction with others.

I would like to have an open house but I'm unsettled about having all of these people interact with my owners, etc.

My most recent interaction with a seller of a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home I asked if anything was owed on it still and the seller immediately jumped to the defense saying "That's none of your business."

I'd like to stay away from the big lenders altogether but I've had a great interaction thus far and am being given super competitive rates compared to the smaller, local lenders.That said, I'm looking for a little guidance and/or perspective as to whether or not this may be an issue for me down the road.
