What I'd recommend is that you meet with at least 2 different team leaders to find out how they can help you succeed in the business.The important things to look out for are:- Training - How often is training offered and what are the topics covered?

Sometimes these are about the numbers like they are tonight and other times we just get updates from local professionals to see what they see happing in their business like we did last month.We have case studies from local investors so you can see who is doing deals and what real numbers look like.We have local and national industry providers who share what they can do to help your business RIGHT now.And last we have educational speakers on various topics. 

I'm not sure if this topic has been covered yet, I do see a lot of incredibly valuable posts on tear downs but haven't seen any on lots specifically.
