When you move into the home as a primary you are now able to take out a higher LTV for cash out 80% or 90% Heloc versus Investment.Fix up the other smaller side move out and go up in the rent and use some of the cash out funds as a down payment to buy another property.

So far, it's been a marathon for me I've had my rental for two years now and have been wanting to buy another one for the past year.

What tips have you guys been using as starters to start with peace of mind on your asset protection journey?

Accessing money from the stock market is expensive, whereas you can access the money from your real estate by collecting rent, cashing out equity, a line of credit, selling and investing in multiple properties, etc.I have a relative who has over $2 million in the stock market.

But now i am the only one on the title.

First after their initial introduction they split everyone into groups and you don't get access to talk to anyone who is already in the group.
