IOTH, you can obtain a quick claim deed for the amount owing, then the equity may be available to you, to do this you must be working with the borrower.Stale notes and lost borrowers can have unique problems.

In some municipalities you actually purchase a permit to post them.In most areas, the only way you can post signs indefinitely and legally, is the free standing yard signs can generally be posted on private property, as long as they are not posted within the public easement space of the property.
