Usually the house isn't even the most important variable, it's what is going on with the seller in their world and how you can genuinely help

i got the absolute most out of mentoring calls with @ameliajorei (ig). i originally heard her on the bp rookie pod, and reached out on ig. she's super approachable, makes investing uncomplicated and fun, and i felt like she was just ~2 years ahead of me. that has always been way more inspiring/relatable to me than trying to learn from someone who's lightyears ahead of me, or doing way more than i even ever want to be doing. i want to say she had something like 20-30 units at that time?

@Corey ConklinI get a lot of inspiration / motivation out of reading. 

It's somewhat rare for agents to be knowledgeable in things outside of their daily tasks so the only time I get anywhere is when they genuinely want to pick my brain and sell the place.

I came up with a term for this inspired by the aol guy.

I work as a consultant on projects I genuinely enjoy and continue to learn more about private lending.

It has to be quite special circumstances for me to genuinely consider it (like a long time since it happened, established credit, steady job, good income, great references, etc). 

Anyone that has met Pace, or had the opportunity to speak with him gives the same feed back in that he's a pretty genuine guy.

Genuinely want to learn more about it.
