They are not causing extreme damage, but more wear than I would expect for a typical family.Can I charge them for repainting the walls on moveout, professional carpet cleaning, tile grout stains from not cleaning after spills, etc, or would this be considered normal wear?

If they are stock sizes, it might be more cost effective in the long term to replace completetly; but that depends on how the windows tie into your existing building skin.

Buying off the MLS at a discount and selling to a cash buyer for a higher amount via a double closing is certainly possible if you know what a good deal is, have a large buyers list (not just one or two who are agents), how to properly and effectively negotiate, and where and how to find that good deal before someone else does.
