(I was not aware that we can negotiate the reading fee but I will definitely try)They went to assessed the properties, and told me that all the units already have individual shut off valve and this allows them (the submetering company) to stop service in the case of non payment.I haven't raised my rents in a while, I was thinking having the tenants responsible for their water usage is better than raising the rents, since I can not control their water usage.
