Converted the upstairs full bath (which was accessible from the hall and primary bedroom) into two full baths, changing this from a 3 bed 1.5 bath to a 3 bed, 2.5 bath.

But it ran out of ink and I've spent the last 2 years trying to find a reason to buy more laser 'ink' for it.I think I will look deeper into Chris Goulart's and J Scott's suggestion with MyFax along with HelloFax as suggested by Ben Bakhshi - I actually signed up with HelloFax a few days ago for their free online signature feature and didn't even think about them for the incoming and outgoing faxes.I'm re-ordering business cards and figured now is a good time to change my fax number and get out of being double-billed for fax services.Rob K - Thanks buddy but I don't want to get tied down to Comcast to a point where I will lose my number if I decide I no longer want to pay for TV I don't even watch - lol.And Bridget D. - LOVE the quote!

So, now to understand if there is a benefit and to determine a cost I get to give them more money after spending $35K.   

Already have an 80 unit there that we are now turning down 3 x what was paid with about 270k NET income . 8 years ago we were told we were crazy :) .

As of now thats not an issue for you, but if you plan on expanding your portfolio utilizing the LLC can open up more financing options for you down the road.

I now need a lender who can help me purchase my next properties so that I maximize the profits from my first property.

There was a change recently, a few years ago now at least, where transfer to Title to a LLC of your own is okay.
