CT home sale prices have dropped for the third month in a row - this may be a seasonal change, or ideally the beginning of a longer term correction.

Here is my situation; I am looking to purchases a commercial property in Shenandoah, IA. here is the description:SD LOTS 496-504 CRIP W 20' E 45' LOT 6 & PT VAC ST ADJ SW. the tenant occupying the space will be leaving at the end of the month but the seller's niece is only wanting to keep the back half of the property as a hair salon and wants nothing to do with the store front or the apartments upstairs.

I'm locked into a lease for another year and a half but would ideally and eventually like to house hack where I live (just outside NYC).

HiI will hop in hear and say, ideally inside the perimeter, but we imagine cash flow is outside the perimeter.

Unfortunately, we are now forced to fill a vacancy in November which is not ideal.

If it is listed you can have them write the contract, negotiate for you on anything, and if the seller down the line comes back after you for something that happen you would be covered due to the agent/broker E/O (this is an extreme example).

Ideally you should rewire the entire property.
