(didnt say that just said no lol) he said fine we can just meet up tomorrow. mind you i need the money for a plane ticket to go to my moms funeral. her wake was today and the funeral is tommorrow. i reached out to the girl that i referred and she said she signed the lease and paid her $2000 deposit YESTERDAY. so all day i have been calling and texting and no response from the owner. finally i get this text:After much consideration and with my deepest regrets, I cannot refund you any of the money.

If it weren't for that floor height difference between there and the kitchen, I would suggest moving the patio doors to the adjacent wall in place of the window, and extending the kitchen into that space, adding more cabinets along the back wall and a nice big island.

I am not sure how your business is set up, but one consideration is that with QB online, you can only have one file, but with the desktop version you could set up multiple files for different LLC's or individual properties.I use the online version at my day job and will probably continue to use the desktop version for my personal/investing activities.Good Luck on your journey and let me know if I can answer any other questions.Ed

The biggest considerations when I added 6 bathrooms in there:-Check if the electrical is up to snuff and will distribute to current code across many residential units, as opposed to when it was used as a factory under limited circumstances.
