I live in my parents rental in OK which was my childhood home(Class C Area). 2 doors down is family friend who hasn't managed his life too well ie financial, marital, spiritual, and health problems.I talked to him today and he is going to be put out on the street in a couple months because he can't keep his home.He wants to sell to me or my dad because we've gained favor with him. !!!

Anecdotally, I've heard that the traveling nurses market has gotten better during COVID-19 since there's still a need for the health care workers and most hotels are shut down.The difficulty with companies is that it can be very difficult to find the right fit.

If they have a doctor's note that states these animals are necessary for the tenant's health issues, it could be very detrimental to challenge unless you can prove a hardship of your own, and even then could lead to a battle you don't want.

Probably 80% of the listings we deal with are homestead, and I think not only would that be refernced in the right of specific performance section in the FARBAR, I would have been made aware in the couple of specific performance threats I've been involved in.
