OP said income will quadruple in 2019, read that as meaning debt will be paid off.

I am new to investing and have read several of these terms throughout this site and others regarding when to buy, when to hold, when to invest, when not to do anything. 

I have already checked with the city, and there isn't a process for checking the readings online or anything, so my only option would be to drop by the property and look at the meter myself.

I still have a lot of uncertainties (read: fear) about taking the next step of finding a deal and making an offer. 

I'm guessing some people us the entire ground floor for parking in such instances depending on the scale of their project).If you don't mind me asking - have you (Anyone else reading this thread too) or do you plan on doing this sort of expansion with any of your own properties?

House Hacking would potentially cut my rent payment in half, netting me about 1200 a month vs finding a triplex or fourplex in Arizona that would cash flow 600-800.Thanks for reading!
