I'd say pick which way you want to go with it, and then dive in deeper from there.

If cycle goes downward mid-project you have to be able to hold on until the next upcycle and that requires extremely deep pockets.

Personally I think the deal is worth deep diving depending on how much you can build but on its own its a bit small and may be difficult to automate.

I haven't really delved too deep into that just yet though. 

I think that would give me the chance to learn the market and find/get to know my OOS team members better before diving in with BRRRR strategy.
