Congrats on finishing real estate school...so what exactly are you wanting/desiring to accomplish?  

I do not have the most money, but I want to see what I can save up and accomplish here in the near future.

It is not so easy to set it up right so that it accomplishes what you want it to.

I need to be a great investor, hence am looking forward to have a better knowledge for my dream accomplishment.

The rest of their business interests can be purchase with a note to them, they will have interest income and taxable principle as it is allocated over their basis in the business.This transaction is accomplished inside the business entity, you don't need to convey title of the property. 

The owner has the right to control or direct only the result of the work and not the means and methods of accomplishing the result. 2.  

I have decided to sell my land that i was goin to do that to. only because i do NOT know how to get the cash to accomplish it and i do have a business that is taking off and i  need to go with it. cause it can make me $60 G in one month. anyway, i am still intrigued with the tiny house homestead idea.. maybe on an offgrid organic farm; to go along with my wild food plant business.
