Yet, when they learn, they will know and they will would do better. that's why people participate and ask questions on this forum and all over BP... to learn, have some support, so they can do better. that's what i stand for. we are not in competition or to offend but we are in collaboration and sharing ideas on how we can make each other better. i'm sure you agree. right?

I close tons of them a year with wholesalers but when something is grossly unfair to the seller I wont participate.. there is usually some sort of fraud going on>  IE wholesaler  wise..
