I don't want to be involved in day to day operations boots on the ground, so I need a larger community that can support staff, but again, I have plenty of friends who are milking the smaller community niche.

I am also in Philly, working in university housing at Saint Joe's.

However, caution here: you need to ensure that it cashflow supports  principal+interest+taxes (+PM if not self managing) for the morgage and the loan repayments..good luck

Anyway, I am transferring to a University soon and will be pursuing a degree in Business Administration and I have the option in specializing in four categories: Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Information Systems.

In my opinion both they and New Western inflate their ARV's and cherry pick comps to support them.

There are two condos available, near a university.

My income does not support two mortgages. 

Were the floors stout enough to support the added weight or did you have to add some to the structure?
