Good morning all!

We closed on the property this morning and so the rehab begins...I still can't believe this one.

The eviction company I am using is closed on the weekend, hence I cannot consult with them till Monday morning.

I think many of us have empathy; I was very excited about one this morning (first day on the MLS), but by the time the agent called us back at 11, there were multiple offers.

Just writing that down helped me focus and plan the rest of the morning.

Here is a tip as well, don't call regulator or supervisory offices on Monday mornings or even Mondays, it's the start of the week and they are getting thier heads around the next weeks cases.
