@Caleb Webster Outside of some limited institutional foreign investor activity with the purchase of places like the Yard, there really hasn't been much foreign institutional grade activity in Portland.

You could roll the dice in a foreign market that trades at cheaper prices and buy directly now.  

I am looking for a local lender or any one who would work with foreign citizen and an affordable accountant to obtain ITIN number, any help or guidance much much appreciated please.
