@Robert Rixer This one is directly across the street from my house and I could use one of the units to have my mom close by (health issues).

There street has a majority of mixed use buildings.

With strategic updates and market insight, this property became a highly desirable investment, showcasing the power of effective collaboration and value-driven improvements.

But we have been lucky enough to not receive any issues with this house as when we bought it was fully remodeled literally everything was new. 

Has anyone dealt with something like this before?
