Im torn between this decision.

As a residential RE investor, I know the risks, have come to know a sound property and have clear investment goals that guide my decisions. 

Knowing that you'll have a good amount of eyes on the property at your ARV of $3.5M, I think you would be able to get it sold in a decent amount of time and save some holding costs. 

So far they have been incredibly inspiring and informative (if not at times a little depressing, due to the example prices being so ridiculously low compared to the actual prices in my area!

They update the forms every time a law changes.

It’s my first time, my other unit just rented through Airbnb.

Some call the stock market a representation of human sentiment in real time, and I imagine the real estate market is not too different.

During this time you are not generating any return from the money invested in the ADU.

It always takes time.
