Kind of like that scene from Austin powers... that I like so much.Hedge funds started with cheaper stuff realized it was very difficult to manage and moved up in asset class much of what they buy are not the target of wholesalers as there is not enough spread to an end buy and hold or flipper..

Yeah, some cities like to think they have full power over individuals, specially if they think an individual can be exploited.

I've reached out to ComEd (local power company), and they are investigating if possible 'read error'. 

Knowledge is power so I don't quite understand why an IT professional is making it sound like It's naive or even pointless to try and be as careful as possible online.
