I had a couple (stated they were engaged) apply this morning, one's credit score is 646 and the other's is 711.

She was on board and then this morning, after she spoke with a realtor friend, she is under the impression that she will have negative repercussions with her Social Security income if she does sell her property.

I think I am most proud of the fact that I requested to be able to show the house to prospective tenants one time per week within the purchase offer, so I literally got the keys on Friday morning and had a tenant moving in Sunday afternoon!

I actually learned to fly for the first time in a 172 out of Destin (KDTS) as a flight student. 

You can sleep in the morning and have the afternoon to meet with friends and family.

That means it's not unreasonable to be looking to purchase before you move for flight school.
