The fact they are being difficult, and refusing the cash to give place back would have me concern and go on defense to do everything by the book on this one.

Aside from listening to the BP podcasts and reading the Rich Dad Poor Dad book series, I don't have any actual experience in real estate investing. 

For the past two weeks, I have been absorbing and absorbing information through books and the BP podcast and I think that it is time to take a little more action!

just a couple of reasons:No one can buy ALL the deals themselves.Many monetization feeds on a highly ranked site (book sales, pro membership, etc) Trust through notoriety can have a high return on investment (see M.I/oceanpointe for negative example)None of these are good or bad in and of themselves.
