Use it to pay for baggage fees, food/drinks/movies/wifi in flight ect

I've initiated several online "tickets" for assistance or made suggested improvements - Customer service is poor, improvements have been slow, or non-existent. 

I've never reached them on phone, but they are responsive to the email tickets.
