Once I have a property under contract, I go to the house and video tape the outside and inside of the property and tell them the financial details.

Can you give some more detail about EVICTION COURT, I am totally unaware of it.

I think real estate is a great investment most of the time provided you can find the right deals and find a way to make them happen...more details would be helpful :-)

But remember it’s not always a price and building when buying international (overseas) one also need to check the climate, political stability, economic conditions, health care, letting potential & law n order situation.
