did not read responses, but i have 16 of them and for 6 yrs, none have broken. i use the badger 5. i want it louder so they know it's on. they are $80 on amazon and take 15 mins to replace and install. ok, 30 if you are new.you dont "repair" them... you just replace them. they have encapsulated bodies, so no parts you can change.$185 is laughable unless it includes the cost of the unit.our rentals are $995 and up and i have them in ALL units.

Frankly, I wasn't very sharp about guardianships but the kegal groups that I was active in were all happy for a warm body to organize grandparents as if baby ducks; people who were sadly trying to raise their grandchildren when kids were busy doing drugs or jail time.

Personally I can't stand the term PITCH.It just invokes in my mind a sleazy tactic to try to sell someone on something and talk them into doing it.I like the term "present you an opportunity" better.I think choice of words can have a bigger impact than people give them credit for. 

So yes, even though its still $4500 bucks, the fact that it represents such a low % of the overall value is going to make it a lot harder to determine the impact.

It is advisable to do your due diligence and ask about such things as how long have they been in business, are alternative assets their sole focus, are they BBB accredited and rated, are they a regulated financial institution, have they ever been sanctioned by any regulatory bodies, how many accounts and how much in assets do they administer?

Now just having bodies isnt enough, you need bodies that apply to your business.
