I will be attending the local investor meeting ( TBREIA ) next thursday on 5/19 if anyones going would love to start connecting.

Does anyone recommend any real estate networking events in the Richmond, Va area? 

I am in those areas and would love to attend.

I just have some second hand information from one of the meetup's I attended here in the Bay Area, on cost of construction.

Networking event after event, rich friend after rich friend, everyone is interested but are not pulling the trigger.  

I'm planning to attend the Captial REI meeting on 5/25.

My best suggestion to you Clayton is to find a investor friendly realtor. perhaps a courtesy gift card to them. also get to networking if your Close to north Houston check out Flippinghoustonhomes.com great group I recently started attending.
