It is not easy and you can get into big trouble so be careful.

However, I have been reading and learning about Invelo and have been messing around with the free starter membership. 

Be careful about putting anything in writing as that might get you into a contract --- I think. 

If reading Is your preferred way of learning I’d say go with that one.

If you are getting into commercial, make sure you read up on cost segregation, bonus depreciation, lease structures, in addition to underwriting approaches. 

If you like the person, allow them to mini-JV a deal with you on a smaller scale and teach them inside of that framework.If you have never mentored or coached, you have to be very careful as most "students" think it will be way easier than it is and want you to make it happen.
