If I should work with a firm, do you have any recommendations?

I am looking for property management recommendations in the area, and would prefer local managers, but am keeping options open.

Do y’all have any recommendations for lenders that offer good loan parameters.

If you're struggling to get started and don't know where to look, I'd highly recommend doing a house hack. 

If you haven't done any Operations and rehab of MF start small would be my recommendation.

I would recommend connecting with other investors in your area.

With the Contractor having no insurance again you are more likely to be drawn into an lawsuit.I strongly recommend that you only use Licensed contractors with a good track record and with full insurance.
