Duplex located on N. 50th Street Milwaukee,I never seen the house.

He wanted to buy a house that was around 120k on the market (that's what the same house was on sale for across the street). 

It doesn't have a mailbox or anything that I can use to get the exact street number, but I do know the street name.

@Leon Yang  This is a home that sits directly across the street from me that has been empty for about three years...owner had a heart attack while mowing the grass and moved into a condo...I think the income on a monthly basis is key...and if I were him, I would want a balloon at some point in the next 10-15yrs...any suggestions?

@Loren Thomas  it is  a not smooth version of Formica  not sure when it was popular but not so good to clean. 

Other than the obvious things about unhooking the building and jacking the building up onto a transport, somebody basically need to calculate the dimensions of the streets and turns all the way to the new location. 

I found this house, rather low priced on the UK market compared to the street and area value, obviously there was some stuff wrong with it.. as you can see from the picture below.

It's in the South Mesa neighborhood on 77th street east of University.

You do not say where this is at or how many units you own.Some of those areas in down town are just crap holes and that type of thing comes with the territory.If you have a large complex you could put up a gate with card access to keep the bums, trouble makers, and drug dealers from loitering etc. around your place and give the tenants piece of mind.Have you set up security cameras and street lights??

I also found out that they never paid for garbage service and were just illegally dumping at the school dumpster across the street.
