The rent grace period for November ended today, and my tenants have not paid and are not responding to my phone calls.I am going over there tomorrow morning to post the 3 day notice on the door.The problem is that one of the tenants (these are three roommates) who was named on the lease moved out (without notice) over a year ago.

Ed and I traveled to Charlotte from Raleigh this morning to attend a $3 meeting and we met 3 CASH buyers looking for wholesalers to work with.

They also patrol the city at 6am on saturday and sunday mornings.

I get a call the next morning from my handyman telling me to call the police and get over there, the condo had been torn up bad.
