@Denis Couture  careful discussing your personal finances on the internet or BP... you will get hit by all sorts of folks LOL

It took me longer to acquire my first multifamily than I wanted but I also didn't have the assistance of BP.

You will have friends and family who will need a realtor and should you decide not to assist with those, you would most certainly refer them to another agent in your office which would benefit the brokerage.

@Scott Barker  in my mind private lending is belly to belly and DOES not happen on the internet or any other social media.. too many crooks out there .

Jay I am newly a realtors assistant so I am on my way to getting my license.

If someone could recommend a broker in the area that can assist me, that would be great.

Just an umbrella policy will do.But you should talk to an attorney as this is just info on the internet.
