The letter implies that some plan was approved, but what you acutally did is not consistent with the plan and is not consistent with "governing documents".Unfortunately, if thats the case you will likely have little basis for fighting with the HOA.

What I fear the most is the govts of the world going on a huge printing spree to fight it and causing hyper inflation.

I'm over 50 and I no longer fight technology.

Investors are just fighting over the dogs...Starting to look at different sources instead of foreclosures..

Fighting that urge, I have decided to just jump in and figure out things as I get more involved.  

After that is said and they put up a fight, I think there is a red flag and would move on.

Can have Attorney Fight it, and Counter Sue  for all damages, even though I know they wouldn't pay if I won so it would just cost me attorney fees) My Attorney is $300 per hour2.

Sadly it may not be worth the trouble to fight but I would certainly give it a try. 

And now let's say wherever you are located, and you do record the lease do you have funds to fight it if they say you file a fraudulent lien?

I don't want to work with him in the future and don't want to pay for what he's charging me for this, but I also don't know that I don't know that I don't want to deal with small claims court/lien on the property/any of the other problems that could come of this if we chooses to fight me on it.
