The electronics manufacturers are working heavily to keep it down so it doesn't increase their production costs but still....you never buy something at the peak of it's value and gold is at the peak of it's value, imho.

Tom GoansI couldn't agree more...BUTto get here I used a lot of leverage & in those days debt was @ 18%.There is nothing more satisfying than to be heavily invested & yet be completely debt free @ an early age.

It seems that the variability in profit for spec builds is heavily dependent on the market, whereas the variability in profit from fixers is heavy on renovation costs.

I don't care who you are, that is a very smart move.We will see on Tuesday how it all plays out but it is interesting to see people rely so heavily on the characterization of political candidates as "stupid" or as some Democrats have tried to use lately "b-tch" or "whore", especially when they are factually wrong in how they came about that characterization.
