Get a certified, licensed and fully insured electrician out there.You might want to look at that breaker replacement you did on the panel.I have had some firefighters and insurance companies tell me that claims have been DENIED because the replacement breaker used DID NOT match up to the panel installed.So you could go to Home Depot for instance and replace a 15 amp with a 15 amp and it snaps in but if it's not the EXACT make and model breaker installed that was previously there then insurance could deny your claim if a fire happened etc.

@Scott Goulet yes I believe that will work I tried to acquire another property recently and they just denied me last week ,dept to income ratio to high , so now I have to go the hard money or private lender route.

Hosts know that in order to compete, we have to step up our games and provide quality that was not as prevalent in the past and this has caused the older and less polished listings to struggle.I am not denying that many hosts are struggling, many are but this has more to do with the increased supply and increased quality of the supply making it harder for mediocre listings to compete and attract bookings than it is a reflection on a "bust" market.The market is correcting, destroying old and stale supply.
