@Richard Mukai  I'm guessing the service you're referring to through LexisNexis is the CLUE report, but you won't have access to that (unless the seller provides it to you). 

Always have money or access to money in order to weather a storm.

One benefit from this is once the upfront amount is paid off, you can access it again.
