I'm not talking about giving them a lump sum up front but allowing them to participate in the Ongoing GP compensation.

I honestly don't know much about them... but wanted to throw that out.Sometimes people see the opportunity that real estate can offer them, and want to participate, but haven't put themselves in a position to do so.Just know that everyone has a starting point... and if yours isn't today, it doesn't mean that it isn't meant to be.

From talking with the pros in the area I would be careful, there is a lot of fraudulent activity and bad actors participating in the Miami area.
